What is your return policy?
Return and refund are only applicable if you receive:
- The wrong article,
- The wrong size or color, or
- A damaged product.
Please take clear pictures and a short video of the product and upload/email them to:

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unstitched
- In its original packaging with tags attached
*Customized or made-to-order outfits, as well as items purchased from sale or promotional offers, are not eligible for return or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued via promo code or store credit, depending on your preference.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, you can!
If your chosen size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for another size (if available).
You’ll only be charged for return courier charges.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, we occasionally open pre-orders for new collections and limited-edition pieces.
Pre-orders require advance payment and follow the timeline mentioned on the product page.

Yes! You can enter your promo code or gift card in the designated field during checkout before payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, for select items. Pre-order details (estimated shipping date, charges, etc.) will be clearly noted on the product page.

Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across Pakistan and offer worldwide delivery through partner couriers.
How long does shipping take?
- Within Lahore: 1–2 working days
- Within Punjab: 2–3 working days
- Inter-province (Sindh, KPK, Balochistan): 3–5 working days
International: 7–10 working days (depending on destination)
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number on your courier’s website (e.g., TCS, Leopard, Call Courier) to track your parcel in real time.

What if I’m between sizes?
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort — especially for embroidered or fitted styles.
Can I return or exchange if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order, provided it meets our return conditions.
