Colors by Rabia BassriAt Rabia Bassri, we maintain a strict and non-negotiable return policy to ensure the quality and exclusivity of our products. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Final Sale Policy
The following items are strictly ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Sale Items: All discounted or promotional items.
- Customized Orders: Products tailored to specific measurements or personalized requests.
Note: All customized orders require 100% advance payment and are Final Sale.
2. Valid Exchange Criteria
We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are ONLY facilitated if:
- Incorrect Product: You received a different item than ordered.
- Incorrect Size: The size delivered does not match the size selected on your order.
3. Non-Exchangeable Scenarios
- Change of Mind: Decisions based on personal preference or fabric feel.
- Color Variation: Minor differences in color due to screen resolution or lighting.
- Customer Error: Sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
How to Request an Exchange
